Terms of Sale

AquaSteps Lebanon sells swimming and training gear online and delivers within Lebanon. You can reach us at aquasteps.lb@gmail.com.

When you place an order you receive an order number. We may call or message you on the phone number you gave to confirm the order before it is sent out. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if we cannot reach you, the details look incorrect, or an item is no longer available. If we cancel, you pay nothing.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier the order total shown at checkout, which includes the delivery fee for your area and any promo code you applied. Promo codes have their own conditions, such as an expiry date or a minimum order.

We deliver to the areas listed at checkout, at the fee shown for each area. Delivery times are estimates. Please keep your phone nearby so the courier can reach you. If delivery fails because we cannot reach you, we may cancel the order.

You can cancel online from My Orders while the order is still being processed. Once it is out for delivery, contact us instead.

Customers who received a product may review it. We may hide reviews that are offensive, off-topic or contain personal information. Only your first name and last initial are shown.

We may update these terms. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
