Returns & Refunds

Before delivery
You can cancel from My Orders while your order is still being processed. If it is already out for delivery, you may refuse it at the door; please tell us so we can stop the courier.
After delivery
You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, worn swimwear and opened earplugs or nose clips cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and we cover the delivery cost.
How refunds work
Because orders are paid in cash, refunds are paid in cash or as store credit once we receive and check the item. Delivery fees are refunded only when the return is our mistake.
